Respected judge who served on Supreme Court task force is accused of STALKING a female attorney

A longtime, well-respected family court judge in Nevada has sensationally announced her retirement after she was accused of stalking a younger female attorney.

Judge Bridget Robb, 63, was hit with a temporary protection order (TPO) for stalking earlier this month in the Reno Civil Court.

The Daily Mail understands the case has been very difficult and personal for the Nevada judge. She has since announced she will be leaving her role, after she was temporarily removed from all cases and committee assignments amid the allegations.

Kelci Binau, 37, a gaming and administrative law attorney, filed the application for the order against Robb on January 12, according to public Washoe County Court records.

A week later, Judge Pierre Hascheff issued Binau a temporary order of protection against stalking. A hearing is set to take place on February 13.

According to the court documents viewed by News4, Binau claimed in a sworn application that Judge Robb engaged in 'willful, repeated and patterned' conduct, which started in May of 2024.

The attorney included 'possibly hundreds' of descriptions of the alleged stalking - including doorbell footage at residences and workplaces, News 4 reported.

When police began their investigation in late 2025, they surveyed the fitness studio that Binau visits multiple mornings a week. Detectives noted that they saw Judge Robb driving through the adjacent shopping center while Binau was inside the gym. Police interviewed Robb at her home on January 7 after they'd spotted her allegedly stalking Binau again, and the outlet reported that the judge allegedly admitted to the concerning behavior, captured on bodycam footage.

Robb said she was 'collecting information' as a coping mechanism related to a prior personal relationship, the outlet reported. It's unclear what the relationship was.

A temporary protection order stays in effect for up to 45 days. It does not imply any guilt on the part of Robb and is only intended to protect the filing party until a hearing.

Attorneys representing Binau and Robb in the case responded to an inquiry from the Daily Mail, but didn't provide further comments.

A hearing for extended protection is scheduled for February 13, at which Judge Hascheff will decide whether there is sufficient evidence to continue barring Robb from Binau.

Both Binau and Robb will have to state their cases. An extended protection order can last up to two years.

Binau practices gaming and administrative law for McDonald Carano, a law firm with offices in Las Vegas and Reno.

Robb served in the family division of the Reno court system. The courthouse is on the same block as the offices of McDonald Carano.

Both women are Washoe County residents and live near one another. They are also both members of the State Bar of Nevada, although it's unclear how they know one another.

Robb has an impressive resume as a family court judge. She passed the Nevada bar in 1987 and has served in the state ever since, according to her biography.

Robb worked as a lawyer in private practice before becoming a judge, specializing in commercial litigation, domestic relations and administrative law.

Former Republican Governor Kenny Guinn appointed Robb to the Second Judicial District Court in 2006.

She has since served on three state Supreme Court task committees. One of which established a Business Court, and another was on the Bench/Bar Committee.

A Supreme Court task force is a group of judges appointed by the chief justice to amend or establish a component of the law.

The TPO against Robb comes just weeks after she filed to run for a general jurisdiction seat on the Washoe District Court, giving up her position in family court.

Since the allegations came to light, Robb has withdrawn her candidacy for Second Judicial District Court, Department 10.

Announcing her resignation, Robb said: 'After careful consideration, I have made the decision to retire from my position as a Judge in the Second Judicial District Court for Washoe County, effective February 6.

'In addition, I am withdrawing my candidacy for the Second Judicial District Court for Washoe County, Department 10.

'Serving the people of Washoe County has been an honor and a responsibility I have taken seriously throughout my time on the bench. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served, for the dedication of my colleagues, and for the hardworking court staff who strive each day to ensure the fair administration of justice.

'At this time, I believe stepping away from my judicial role and the election is in the best interest of the court, my family, and the community. I ask for respect and understanding for all involved during this transition.

'I remain committed to the values of integrity, fairness, and public service, and I thank the Washoe County community for the trust placed in me.'

An interesting point in this intrigue is that two years before Roncalli ascended the

Papal throne, the Priory documents of 1956 list Jean Cocteau as Jean (John) XXIII.

The authors of Holy Blood, Holy Grail report that two years later, "In 1958, while

Cocteau still presumably held the grand mastership.. the assembled cardinals elected

as their new Pontiff Cardinal Angelo Roncalli of Venice."19 The new pope took the

name John XXIII, the same name listed in the Priory documents for his Rosicrucian

mentor.

A newly elected Pope traditionally chooses his own papal name, which name

signifies in what direction the Vicar of Christ will lead the Church. If he takes the

name of a previous Pope, adding one Roman numeral to it, he will follow in that

Pope's footsteps. Holy Blood authors report that "Cardinal Roncalli caused

considerable consternation when he chose the name of John XXIII. Such

consternation was not unjustified. In the first place, the name John had been

implicitly anathematized since it was last used in the early fifteenth century - by an

Antipope."20

Who was this Antipope? The Encyclopaedia Britannica states that Baldassare Cossa

was the Antipope John XXIII, a schismatic Pope from 1410 to 1415. Cossa lived

during the days of strongest Protestant Reformation, a time also when Rosicrucianism

was on the rise. Since he was ecumenical in philosophy he sided with the schismatics.

And as a schismatic, Cossa's claim to the name John XXIII is generally considered by

the Roman Catholic Church to be illegal.21

Because of the Cossa stigma, the name "John" had not been used by Popes until

Roncalli in 1958. What is so significant about Cardinal Roncalli's revival of the line of

Johns is that he took the precise Roman numeral of the schismatic Antipope,

signaling to the Catholic world he not only would follow in this schismatic prelate's

footsteps, but would duplicate them. Cardinal Roncalli was known as the "ecumenical

Pope."

The authors of Holy Blood see another layer of meaning in the name:

"If Pope John was affiliated with a Rose-Croix organization, and if that organization

was the Prieure de Sion, the implications would be extremely intriguing. Among other

things they would suggest that Cardinal Roncalli, on becoming Pope, chose the name

of his own secret grand master - so that, for some symbolic reason, there would be a

John XXIII presiding over Sion and the papacy simultaneously. "22

We believe the significance of the name is otherwise. The Grand Master of Sion

certainly knew of this fifteenth century schismatic ecumenical Antipope. The

"symbolic reason" for the choice of name was not in the fact that two John XXIII's

reigned simultaneously in the mid-twentieth century. It was more likely a

confirmation of identity. Grand Master Jean Cocteau, when publishing his own name

as Jean (John) XXIII in the Priory documents in 1956, was sending a message to the

Priory of Sion's Lost King: "The Pope who names himself John XXIII, as I have named

myself in this document, is the one I have been grooming in the doctrine of the

Antipope by the same name!" The name would signal the "Lost King" of Sion that

Cocteau had succeeded in his mission.

In 1963 both Johns died. The authors of Holy Blood summarize the profound

effects of John XXIII's pontificate upon the Catholic Church:

Whatever the truth underlying these strange coincidences, there is no question

that more than any other man Pope John XXIII was responsible for reorienting the

Roman Catholic Church - and bringing it, as commentators have frequently said,

into the twentieth century. Much of this was accomplished by the reforms of the

Second Vatican Council, which John inaugurated. At the same time, however,

John was responsible for other changes as well. He revised the Church's position

on Freemasonry, for example - breaking with at least two centuries of entrenched

tradition and pronouncing that a Catholic might be a Freemason.23

The Judge was an ancient and legendary demon brought forth to the dimension of Earth to rid of the plague of humanity. He was named the Judge for he had arrived to separate the righteous from the wicked, and burn the righteous down.[1]

An army was sent against the Judge. Although most of the warriors died, the army was finally able to dismember the Judge, but not to kill him. The pieces were placed in iron boxes and scattered to be buried "in every corner of the Earth." For hundreds of years, he remained aware of his status.[1]

To celebrate Drusilla's return to health in 1998, Spike had all the pieces of the Judge brought to Sunnydale as a present for his sire's coming out party. Drusilla planned to reassemble the Judge and unleash Armageddon. Spike's minions succeed in reuniting all the pieces and taking them to Spike and Dru's lair, except for one of the arms, which Dalton lost to Buffy Summers. At the Bronze, Buffy opened the box and the Judge's arm immediately attacked her.[1]

Fearing that the Judge would be too dangerous to fight, Angel decided to take a ship to hide the arm in Nepal, thus leaving the Judge incomplete, which would have ended Dru's plot to reawaken the demon. However, Dalton and Spike's minions managed to steal the arm back from Buffy and Angel.[1]

With the pieces complete, the Judge was reassembled before an ecstatic Drusilla. The Judge showed contempt for her and Spike as the two vampires shared affection, a quality considered by the Judge to be human. The Judge wanted to kill them until Spike reminded him that he and Dru had brought him back. Deeming them helpful for his purposes, the Judge agreed to leave the two unharmed. The Judge then turned on their minion Dalton, whom the Judge also deemed "full of feeling" due to Dalton's love for knowledge. As he had just been awakened, the Judge wasn't at his full power and needed to touch his victims to incinerate them, as he demonstrated on Dalton, much to Drusilla's delight.[1]

Buffy and Angel found themselves in mortal danger when they went to the vampires' lair in the Bric & Broc factory, only to find the Judge already assembled and aware of their presence. Buffy and Angel barely escaped, Buffy having already felt the Judge's deadly power when she kicked the demon. The two hid in Angel's apartment, where they shared an intimate encounter, which caused Angel to lose his soul. Meanwhile, the Judge rested, waiting for his powers to return to full strength.[1]

The then soulless Angel returned to the factory, where the Judge attempted to incinerate him. Although, he was unable to do so, as Angel was "clean of humanity."[2] While it had been established that vampires were capable of having some humanity in them, the Judge's powers did not work on Angel, as he was incapable of feeling love or affection (unlike Spike and Dru or Dalton)[1] and was a true creature of evil.[2]

With his powers restored, the Judge was escorted by Angel and Dru to start a massacre at a local mall. With a mere gesture, the Judge incinerated a man and then attacked a large number of people. The Judge's power bounced from one human to the next, creating a web of victims.[2]

Before the victims could die, Buffy struck the Judge with a crossbow bolt. The Judge reminded Buffy that no weapon forged could hurt him, prompting Buffy to equip a rocket launcher and fire it at him. Unfamiliar with modern weaponry, the Judge merely stood as the rocket flew towards him. Angel and Dru escaped, while the Judge was blown apart. The pieces of the Judge were then picked up by the Scoobies, who proceeded to dispose of them, taking care to keep them separate.[2]

The Judge's main power was to "burn the humanity" out of an individual. The "humanity" in question wasn't their human status or the presence of a soul in the victim, but the emotional capacity of the Judge's target. While Spike and Drusilla were vulnerable because they shared affection for each other,[1] Angel wasn't, as he was truly wicked, incapable of love, "clean" before the Judge's eyes.[2]

After being reassembled, the Judge has not yet reached his full potential. He was limited by physical contact in order to incinerate his victims. Despite this, he was still strong and his power proved to be dangerous even to the Slayer Buffy, who remarked that just kicking him felt like a "sudden fever" and was glad the Judge didn't actually touch her with his hands.[1]

The Judge mentioned that the act of killing allowed him to be stronger,[1] although he would naturally grow stronger over time. This proved to be true as after a day, the Judge grew powerful enough to kill with a single gesture, and was even capable of making his power bounce from one victim to the next, allowing the Judge to eliminate several beings simultaneously. However, for this to work, he had to concentrate as shown when his attack failed when his concentration was broken by a crossbow bolt fired by Buffy. According to Giles, he would eventually grow powerful enough to incinerate humans by simply looking at them, though Buffy managed to destroy him before he reached that point.[2]

The Judge was also capable of sensing the emotions and feelings of others, as proven by the fact that he instantly sensed that Spike and Dru were lovers and that Dalton had a love for reading and knowledge. He could also sense that Angel and Buffy were hiding in the same room before alerting everyone to their presence.[1]

Finally, the Judge was impervious to wounds caused by forged weapons, though an explosion caused by a rocket launcher (a weapon that did not exist in the Judge's original time period) managed to blast him to pieces. Vatican officials do not understand the situation of Christians and must learn to “work with the local churches, not above”, according to the head of the Chaldean Catholic Church.

The Chaldean Patriarch of Babylon Cardinal Louis Raphaël I Sako told The Tablet that the Dicastery for Eastern Churches fails to treat Eastern Catholic patriarchs as heads of their own sui iuris Churches.

“They should know they are there to serve the Churches,” the patriarch said. “They have to respect our identity.”

He complained of “a lot of bureaucracy”, with correspondence unanswered for months at a time, and a lack of respect for the patriarchs who “precede all bishops of any degree everywhere in the world” according to the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches.

Dealings with the patriarchs “should be very polite and very respectful”, Sako said, suggesting the dicastery does not understand their status and the difficulties of their situation. “We are like fathers,” he continued. “We are not businessmen. We are pastors.”

Chaldean Catholics make up 80 per cent of the roughly 200,000 Christians remaining in Iraq, and are also present across the wider Middle East. There were an estimated 1 million Christians in Iraq in 1990, but instability since the US-led invasion in 2003 and persecution by Islamist extremists has driven many to flee the country.

Sako said Pope Leo understands the situation of Eastern Catholics. He spoke frequently to the then-Cardinal Robert Prevost during the conclave in May this year.

“I had time to explain to him what we are,” the patriarch said, recounting their historic character, their “mission towards Muslims” in the modern day and how “our presence is threatened now”.

The Pope addressed pilgrims for the Jubilee of the Eastern Churches on 14 May, days after his election, urging the Latin Church “to preserve and promote the Christian East” and telling Eastern Catholics: “You are precious.”

Leo will hold a private meeting with the five Catholic patriarchs at the nunciature in Beirut on 1 December, during his six-day visit to Turkey and Lebanon.

Since his election, he has given private audiences to the Maronite Patriarch of Antioch Cardinal Béchara Boutros Raï and the Syriac Catholic Patriarch of Antioch Ignatius Joseph III Younan. The Tablet understands that Sako expected to meet Pope Leo privately during a visit to Rome last week, and was disappointed this did not take place.

In his remarks to The Tablet, the patriarch suggested curial officials were not best placed to advise the Pope about Eastern Churches.

“The Pope should be well informed by the dicasteries,” he said, complaining of a lack of local understanding and “practical experience” in the Vatican, with little representation from the Middle East and Asia. “When they speak, they speak occidental speech.”

He said that while the prefect of the Dicastery for Eastern Churches Cardinal Claudio Gugerotti knows Eastern Christianity from his academic background and experience as a nuncio, “he has his own ideas, fixed ideas” about the Churches.

The Vatican’s approach, he continued, “should be academic, but also realistic” about the situation of Eastern Churches. It “should do more [to intervene with local leaders], not only speeches” because it can “make an impact on political life in the Middle East”.

In Rome, the patriarch attended the episcopal ordination of Archbishop Mirosław Stanisław Wachowski in St Peter’s on 26 October, following his appointment as apostolic nuncio to Iraq in September. Sako said he would offer “a map for the new nuncio” to follow.

On March 12, 2022, 18-year-old Naomi Irion disappeared from a Walmart parking lot in Fernley, Nevada, United States. A man was seen approaching Irion's car and driving away in it. Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves

Apparatus for and method of sensing brain waves at a position remote from a subject whereby electromagnetic signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted to the brain of the subject in which the signals interfere with one another to yield a waveform which is modulated by the subject's brain waves. In 1075 Robert de Molesme, a Benedictine monk from Cluny Abbey, had obtained the permission of Pope Gregory VII to found a monastery at Molesme in Burgundy. At Molesme, Robert tried to restore monastery practice to the simple and severe character of the original Rule of Saint Benedict, called "Strict Observance". Being only partly successful in this at Molesme, Robert in 1098 led a band of 21 monks from their abbey at Molesme to establish a new monastery. The monks acquired a plot of marsh land just south of Dijon called Cîteaux (Latin: "Cistercium") and set about building a new monastery there which became Cîteaux Abbey, the mother Abbey of the newly founded Cistercian Order.[10]

To sum up: men crucified to the world, and to whom the world itself is crucified[7] such would our Constitutions have us to be; new men, I say, who have put off their affections to put on Christ;[8] dead to themselves to live to justice; who, with St. Paul in labors, in watchings, in fastings, in chastity, in knowledge, in long suffering, in sweetness, in the Holy Spirit, in charity unfeigned, in the word of truth, show themselves ministers of God[9] and by the armor of Justice on the right hand and, on the left, by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report, by good success finally and ill success, press forward with great strides to their heavenly country. This is the sum and aim of our institute.

And so I beseech you, brothers in the Lord, that we may walk in a manner worthy of our vocation,[10] and, in order to know that vocation, may read and reread these Constitutions that have been bestowed upon us by the gift of God. Let us study them day and night. Let us vie with each other in learning them, pondering them, and keeping them. If we do so, our name will be matched by our lives and our profession made manifest in deed.

Her father sent five-year-old von Bora to a Benedictine convent in Brehna in 1504 to be educated, according to a letter Laurentius Zoch sent to Martin Luther in 1531.[10] At the age of nine, she was moved to Nimbschen Abbey, Cistercian community named Marienthron ('Mary's Throne') near Grimma, where her maternal aunt was a nun.[11] Von Bora's presence is in the financial accounts of 1509/10.[12]

After years of being a nun, von Bora became interested in the growing reform movement and grew dissatisfied with cloistered life. Conspiring with several other sisters, she contacted Luther and begged for his assistance.[13] On 4 April 1523, Holy Saturday, Luther sent Leonhard Köppe, a merchant and councillor of Torgau who regularly delivered herring to the convent. The nuns escaped by hiding in his covered wagon among the fish barrels, and fled to Wittenberg.[14]

Luther asked the families of the nuns to admit them into their houses, but they declined, possibly because this would have made them accomplices to a crime under canon law.[15]

Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon is also seen in some of the images. In one, he is shown speaking with Epstein at a desk, and in another, standing beside him in front of a mirror.

A third image shows him speaking with filmmaker Woody Allen.

Other prominent figures who appear in the images include US economist Larry Summers, lawyer Alan Dershowitz and entrepreneur Richard Branson. Not all the images show those individuals in the company of Epstein.

No additional context or details were included, so it is not clear when, why or where many of the photos were taken or by whom, including images from what appear to be Epstein's estate in the US Virgin Islands, showing multiple rooms - including one with a dental chair surrounded by sculptures of moustached men on the walls, a scene which featured in a previous release of Epstein files.

There is an image of an orange pumpkin with a blonde wig that has been carved in the likeness of Trump. Above it, a sign reads: "Trumpkin. Make Halloween Great Again."

One image showed him standing next to a woman whose face has been redacted.

Republicans, who are in the majority on the House Oversight Committee, have accused Democrats of "cherry-picking photos and making targeted redactions to create a false narrative about President Trump".

In a statement, Representative Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the congressional committee, said: "It is time to end this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends."

"These disturbing photos raise even more questions about Epstein and his relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world. We will not rest until the American people get the truth. The Department of Justice must release all the files, NOW," he added.

Epstein's connection to multiple high-profile figures, along with various unanswered questions about the case, and his 2019 suicide in a Manhattan jail as he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges, has fuelled online conspiracies and demands for greater transparency around the investigations into the billionaire financier.

Following months of pressure from across the political spectrum, the justice department has until 19 December to release all documents related to the Epstein case as required by a bill passed nearly unanimously by Congress and signed by Trump in November.

That upcoming deadline is separate from the congressional investigation into the Epstein case.

Friday's publications mark the second time in a month that Democrats on the committee have published new images from its inquiry into Epstein.

They originally released 19 images on Friday morning before publishing another nearly 80 later in the day, saying in a statement: "In the interest of transparency, we will continue to release photos from the Epstein estate."

Trump was asked about the new photos on Friday evening and told reporters that a lot of people knew and were photographed with Epstein, calling the release "no big deal".

Trump was friends with Epstein in the 1990s, but according to the president, the pair fell out in the early 2000s, two years before Epstein was first arrested. The White House has also previously said that Trump booted him from his Florida resort for "being a creep".
